With over 10 years of experience, we provide a range of surveys on domestic and commercial properties across the North West. From our office in Preston, we cover Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Cheshire and North and West Yorkshire.

After initial contact, we will discuss your needs and then we usually spend around 3 to 4 hours on a full property inspection, depending on the size of the property. All our surveys include a detailed report, written in plain English and complete with photographs. We are available to discuss any defects in detail with you and can also advise if there are any possible repairs needed.

We are fully certified building surveyors and members of RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) and CABE (Charted Association of Building Engineers).
