Inventory Inspection

Are you a Landlord, do you use a Tenancy Deposit Scheme? Then ideally you need independent inspections of all your properties, furnished or unfurnished, to protect yourself in the event of a dispute at the end of a tenancy.

We offer such independancy on all types of inspections Landlords might need. We will carry out intial Inventory Inspections, provide Energy Performance Certificates, provide check in and check out services and interim inspections if required. We are also qualified to carry out non-invasive surveys of properties. We can also provide a snagging service if you are investing in new properties for your portfolio.

We offer very competitive rates and an efficient service. All information can be provided electronically but for a nominal fee we will provide paper based reports and photos on CD or within the body of the report.
